• Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” (No. 3153-IX) — “Article 17” (consumer information before concluding off-premises or distance contracts, including business identification details such as name, registration address, actual location, identification code/Tax number as applicable).
• Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” (No. 675-VIII) — “Article 7” (information obligations of the e-commerce entity about itself to consumers).
• Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” (No. 675-VIII) — “Article 8” (buyer/customer is equated to a consumer for distance/off-premises rights under the consumer protection law).

For electronic contract offer/formation safeguards, we comply with the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” (No. 675-VIII) requirements regarding providing information on receiving the contract in a form that makes it impossible to change its contents, and acknowledging receipt of the order promptly.
