Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the festival trip planning service offered on loamfieldday.com, including itinerary planning and the contact/lead workflow.
1. Service scope
- Itinerary planning: We help you plan a festival trip by preparing suggested schedules and recommendations based on information you provide.
- Lead/contact workflow: If you submit a contact form, your submission is used to route your request to the service team so we can respond or arrange next steps.
- We do not act as a guarantor of availability, pricing, or final details of third-party services (such as venues, transport, or accommodation).
2. Your responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when requested (e.g., dates, preferences, and contact details).
- You are responsible for reviewing the information you submit and confirming that it reflects your needs.
- You agree not to misuse the service (including attempts to interfere with its functioning).
3. Limitations and no guarantees
- Recommendations are informational and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
- We do not guarantee that any festival lineup, schedule, or venue policies will remain unchanged.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on recommendations.
4. Contact/lead forms
If a contact form is available, it is a redirect-only workflow. When you click the submission button, the request will be redirected to a designated thank-you page. We do not provide custom success flows or optional in-form validation as part of the redirect-only process.
5. Online contracting (if applicable)
Where an electronic offer/contract formation process is used through the site, the process includes contract-access and contract-content safeguards and identification measures. For such cases, we follow:
- Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" (No. 675-VIII) — provisions that a proposal to conclude an electronic contract (offer) and/or the electronic contract contain information about the possibility to receive it in a form that makes it impossible to change its contents, and that the seller must acknowledge receipt of the order promptly.
6. Consumer information (distance/off-premises, if applicable)
If the service arrangement is treated as off-premises or distance contracting, we provide pre-contract information enabling identification of the business and correct contractual understanding, including the business identification details.
- Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" (No. 3153-IX) — "Article 17" (consumer information before concluding off-premises or distance contracts, including business identification details such as name, registration address, actual location, identification code/Tax number as applicable).
- Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" (No. 675-VIII) — "Article 7" (information obligations of the e-commerce entity about itself to consumers).
- Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" (No. 675-VIII) — "Article 8" (buyer/customer is equated to a consumer for distance/off-premises rights under the consumer protection law).
7. Personal data
If the festival trip organizer collects personal data (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers, or ticketing data), such processing is governed by applicable Ukrainian privacy requirements, including disclosure in privacy materials.

8. Language of consumer information
Operating in Ukraine requires consumer interaction information to be available in the Ukrainian state language, with the Ukrainian version generally default for users in Ukraine, and with possible duplication in other languages.
- Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian as the State Language" (No. 2704-VIII) — "Article 30" (state language in consumer services, including e-commerce entities providing information in the state language).
- Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian as the State Language" (No. 2704-VIII) — "Article 28" (information for general familiarization presented in the state language, with possible duplication).
9. Disclaimer
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Otherwise, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
