How We Use Your Information

This notice explains how we collect and use information when you use our interactive trip planning tool and when you submit the redirected contact form. It applies to users in Ukraine.

1) What information we collect

  • Trip planning inputs: information you enter to plan your trip (for example, preferences and selections inside the tool).
  • Contact form details: the information you provide in the contact form (such as your name, email address, and other details you choose to include).
  • Technical data: basic device or usage information collected automatically (for example, IP address and pages viewed) when you access the website.

2) Why we use it

  • To provide and improve the trip planning tool, including generating the content you request.
  • To respond to your contact request after you submit the redirected contact form.
  • To maintain security and troubleshoot technical issues.

If we collect personal data (for example, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or ticketing-related details), we process it in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (No. 2297-VI).

If any distance or off-premises contracting information is presented during the customer journey, we provide consumers with clear pre-contract information enabling identification of the business and correct contractual understanding under Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" (No. 3153-IX) — "Article 17", and we also follow the information obligations for e-commerce entities under Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" (No. 675-VIII) — "Article 7" and "Article 8".

For online contract formation where applicable, the offer/contract process includes required safeguards and identification measures under Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" (No. 675-VIII) (provisions requiring information about receiving the contract in a form that makes its contents impossible to change, and requiring prompt acknowledgement of receipt of the order).

Because we operate in Ukraine, consumer interaction information is available in Ukrainian as the state language (and may be duplicated), in line with Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian as the State Language" (No. 2704-VIII) — "Article 30" and "Article 28".

4) Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only to the extent necessary to operate the trip planning tool, process the contact request, or comply with legal obligations.

5) How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law.

6) Your rights
